General Terms
All purchases made on VeyoWise (live classes, recorded modules, subscriptions, or workshops) are considered final.
Refunds will only be granted in specific cases as outlined below.
By enrolling, you agree to abide by this policy.
Eligible Cases for Refunds
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment:
If a user is charged twice for the same course/service due to technical error.
Technical Issues: If the learner is unable to access a purchased course due to a verified technical issue on our platform (not due to user’s internet/device).
Class Cancellation by VeyoWise:
If a live class/workshop is canceled by
VeyoWise and not rescheduled.
Service Not Delivered:
If a paid course or module is not made available within the promised time frame.
Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind after purchase.
Incomplete participation or missed live classes by the learner. Internet/device issues on the learner’s end. Discounted/Promotional offers, once purchased. 4. Refund Request Process. Refund requests must be made within7 days of the purchase date. Send a written request to support@veyowise.com with:

Our team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.
Mode of Refund
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within
7–10 working days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
